Communications Coordinator
Quality Health Associates of North Dakota is seeking a candidate for their Communications Coordinator role. The ideal candidate is highly organized; can operate in an ever-changing, deadline-driven environment; is a self-starter and strong problem solver; has exceptional time-management skills; exhibits excellent writing/editing and design skills; has the ability to think ahead, engage proactively and take initiative; and has a keen eye for detail but also the ability to grasp the big picture and collaborate across contracts, staff and audiences. The candidate will provide communication support with creative content and messaging for corporate contracts including development of recruitment materials, project tools, presentations, statistical display of data, provider education, patient education, and publications (e-newsletters, brochures/flyers, social media content, etc.); coordinate educational events including developing marketing materials, editing presentations, preparing continuing education applications, and arranging/coordinating event logistics; and create content and assist in the maintenance of corporate and project websites. The candidate must be a team player who can work collaboratively with people at all levels across the organization supporting the team’s mission of strengthening relationships with partners, stakeholders, and members of the community.
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in communications, marketing, graphic design, or related area. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher and Excel); WordPress; and Adobe Creative Suite or other content creation tools is preferred.

Quality Improvement Specialist
Quality Health Associates of North Dakota has an opening for a qualified health care professional to join its growing team of Quality Improvement Specialists. Qualified individuals include nurses and other related healthcare disciplines.
Previous experience in a variety of health care settings, familiarity with quality improvement principles, project management, strong interpersonal and organization skills are required. The successful applicant will have an opportunity to work with the QHA team and North Dakota providers on a variety of statewide quality improvement initiatives.
