Policy Lead | North Dakota Comprehensive Cancer Control Program

QHA is working with rural and tribal clinics across North Dakota as Policy Lead for the North Dakota Comprehensive Cancer Control Program. Staff will assist clinics in identifying policy and systems change opportunities to increase breast, cervical, and colorectal cancer screening as well as provide technical assistance in the implementation of these policies and strategies. QHA will also assist clinics in establishing policies to refer eligible patients to Women’s Way and the Colorectal Cancer Screening Initiative.

QHA will provide assistance to partners in accessing local, state and national resources for increasing cancer screening rates as well as the implementation of policy and systems changes.

This initiative is funded by the North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services, Comprehensive Cancer Control Program.
