Overview and Purpose:

Attend this WebEx to learn from a team at Sakakawea Medical Center in North Dakota about how they have implemented a Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) using a community collaborative model.  This approach has enabled them to address topics from  the entire medical continuum. Plan to attend to learn more about this innovative, successful PFAC model.
