Quality Health Associates of North Dakota is proud to share the results of a transformative 5-year initiative funded by the CDC’s Colorectal Cancer Control Program Grant. The ScreeND project partnered with 21 rural and tribal clinics across North Dakota to improve colorectal cancer screening rates through the implementation of evidence-based interventions and tailored technical assistance.
The results speak volumes:
- Average screening rate improvement: 29.81 percentage points
- Relative improvement across all clinics: 249%
These outcomes reflect the dedication of participating clinics and the power of collaborative, data-driven quality improvement.
